Rivalries spanning decades were put on hold over the weekend, with the inaugural Where There’s a Will foundation round uniting the Group 21 Rugby League community
The Scone Thoroughbreds, Merriwa Magpies, Aberdeen Tigers, Muswellbrook Rams, Singleton Greyhounds, Denman Devils, Greta Branxton Colts and Murrurundi Mavericks donned specially designed ‘Where There’s a Will’ foundation jerseys to raise funds and awareness to support work to reduce suicide rates and improve mental wellbeing across the Upper Hunter.
