Day 3 – Signature Strengths – Power of YOU Challenge

What lights you up? What are you exceptionally good at? What do you enjoy doing so much that you loose track of time? Chances are, the answer to these questions are the things that you do using your signature strengths. These are the things, that when you’re doing them they fill up your positivity tank, they make you feel good. They’re the things that we need to do to increase our wellbeing every week.

Our challenge this week, is for you to choose two things during your week that ‘light you up’!
