My Black Dog is a poem written by Jim MacCallum to help people to understand how it feels to battle depression. Lleyton Hails as turned Jim’s poem into a short film. Where there’s a Will has introduced Mental Health First Aid short courses to help people to recognise the symptoms of mental illness and support those suffering.
