Upper Hunter
Wellbeing Week
Let’s help our community thrive
20th – 26th October, 2025
Let’s help our community thrive this October
Upper Hunter Wellbeing Week is a community-wide celebration of connection, mental fitness, and the small everyday actions that help us thrive.
From schools and sporting clubs to workplaces and families, this week brings us together to explore what it means to live well — physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.
At the heart of the week is the PERMAH model of wellbeing, which focuses on six pillars that help us flourish: Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment and Health.
With a full calendar of engaging activities, practical tools, and inspiring stories, Wellbeing Week is your chance to pause, connect and invest in what really matters: your wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you.
