Where There’s a Will would like to announce that Pauline Carrigan will transition from her leading role at the end of 2024. After nine years of dedicated service and visionary leadership, Pauline has decided it is the right time to step back, allowing fresh leadership to guide the organisation into the next phase of its journey.

During her tenure, Pauline has been instrumental in shaping the mission and vision of Where There’s a Will. Under her guidance, the organisation has made significant strides in raising awareness and support for wellbeing in our schools and community. Her passion and commitment have left an indelible mark on the Hunter and greater communities.

“The timing was right for me to take a step back. We have a great team, Steffi

and Amanda are amazing, we have a very strong board, and the foundations are awesome.” says Pauline.

“We have successfully established wellbeing literacy in the Upper Hunter. Our

educators and community have embraced lifelong skills and educational wellbeing tools that will be integrated into our schools and communities for years to come. I am very excited for what is ahead.”

The WTAW Board will continue to guide the organisation with continued external support from Pauline, along with team members Steffi Pinfold and Amanda Lane.

“As a board member of Where There’s a Will, I have watched the remarkable work Pauline has done in our community over the past nine years,” said WTAW Board Member Scott Shann.

“We should be truly grateful for the impact she has made on our children and

community for generations to come, and wish her all the best as she enjoys more time with family and grandchildren.”
