π₯ Standard MHFA
Designed for adults supporting other adults, this course equips participants with the skills to recognize and respond to common mental health problems and learn how to provide initial help or guidance.
π¨βπ©βπ§ Youth MHFA
Aimed at adults who work with or care for young people (aged 12β18), this training focuses on identifying early signs of mental health issues in adolescents.
π§ Teen MHFA
This peer-to-peer program empowers secondary school students (Years 7β12) to support friends facing mental health challenges. Students learn to recognise warning signs, have supportive conversations, and seek help from trusted adults when necessary.
