Suggested Audience:
Eight Gratitude Exercises you can try today.
1. Gratitude Journals: Each family member keeps a journal to write down things they are grateful for.
2. Gratitude Tree: Create a tree with leaves where family members can write what they are thankful for.
3. Thank You Notes: Write and exchange thank you notes within the family.
4. Gratitude Jar: Fill a jar with notes of gratitude.
5. Family Volunteer Day: Engage in volunteer activities together.
6. Share Gratitude at Dinner: Discuss what you are thankful for during family meals.
7. Create a Family Gratitude Playlist: Compile songs that inspire gratitude.
