Upper Hunter Where there’s a Will have grown in leaps and bounds throughout 2017 and as such we need to recruit some more volunteers to our team.

A few of the positions that we urgently need assistance with include the following:

  • Merchandise Coordinator
  • Town Community Coordinator
  • Project Coordinators – various projects and events

MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR

As we are developing our website, we would like to include a ‘Merchandise Shop’ so that people can purchase our various Where there’s a Will products.  This role would entail the following:

  • Receiving Orders via the internet and processing payments
  • Mailing products to customers
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Coordination of merchandise required for events / projects Where there’s a Will attends

This is a very flexible volunteer role and can work around what hours suit you.

PROJECT COORDINATORS

After an extremely busy year for Where there’s a Will, we have many projects coming up in 2018 and need the support of more volunteers to get them successfully working.

TOWN COMMUNITIES COORDINATOR

In each of the major towns of the Upper Hunter, we have Where there’s a Will Town Committee’s that have been established.  Scone, Murrurundi, Muswellbrook, Denman, Aberdeen and Merriwa.

The role of the Town Communities Coordinator is to ensure that information flow is smooth between each of these committees and Where there’s a Will.

This is a flexible volunteer role.
